Our company specializes in providing a venue for U.S. educational institutions to consider employment of foreign, highly qualified education professionals by assisting U.S. schools in the initial evaluation of foreign teacher credentials as well as providing services for the prospective employee to obtain proper authorization to work in the U.S.
Our company is based in Dallas, Texas and is duly registered as a Limited Liability Company at the Texas Secretary of State in Austin. We are managed by a formidable team of 2 LLC Managers/Owners in the following departments:
(1) Administrative and Training Department - headed by an educator with 16 years total teaching and research experience (10 years at a premier Philippine university and 6 years at a Dallas area school district - one of the ten largest school districts in the U.S.). He was recognized in the 1999 edition of Who's Who Among America's Teachers. He is a co-incorporator/board member for 4 years (2 years as president) of the only duly registered professional association of migrant educators in Texas.
As the company's Administrator/Trainor, he is responsible for processing of employer petitions and all attachments required to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.; preparation of contracts and all attachments required from all applicants being considered for placement; and, management of day-to-day operations of the company.
He is also responsible for conducting a 5-day intensive survival training once the applicants arrive in the U.S.; overseeing orientation workshops for school-specific paperwork, basic language enhancement training and year-round support for gainfully employed educators.
(3) Outsourcing and Networking Department - headed by a U.S.-educated retired professional (holder of a Ph.D. Degree in Psychology). He is responsible for high-level contact with U.S. educational institutions as a consultant to school administrators intending to employ foreign educators. He received the "Noteworthy American" award for 5 consecutive years from the U.S. government and is a highly regarded community leader. He also serves as the spokesperson for the company.
Jointly, these LLC Managers comprise the Credentialing and Pre-screening Committe in collaboration with our on-site Human Resource Consultant (HRC).
